I went into the shower this morning and noticed my veins were very prominent all over my body

So if anyone can help me please do. When I went into the shower my veins were very dark and I watched them grow darker all over my body, it hurt in some areas, but not all. From my feet all the way up to my legs, arms hands, chest, all over my body, really.
