Hello, folks. I was at my doctor’s office for a routine checkup. However, it seems that I have low level of iron in my blood. I would like to know what it could mean. How should I deal with it? I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this. Thank you in advance.

As I said in the Subject, I'm mainly getting these symptoms when laying down, I don't really get them when I'm up and about getting on with my daily routine. Don't even get them in the gym. It's mainly when I lay down too quick or turn over too quick. I was due an appointment today but my Mum forgot...
