lightheadness - root cause?

I have noticed that when I sit up in a chair and watch television that I experience light headedness. Then when I lay down it is relieved, I was wondering what the difference in those two positions is. I am guessing that you get more oxygen into your brain when you are laying down?

My Son is having fever and his WBC count is high. The fever comes in morning and evening

My Son is 7 months old. He is having mild fever in the range of 98.9 - 99.2 F. The fever comes in morning and evening stays for 30 mins but in that period, his head becomes hot. Feel very strange

Hi there! I am sure that I suffer from Raynaud’s phenomenon as I am always having cold hands and feet! I also suffer from high blood pressure and am sure that I have a poor circulation all round. So is there any self help treatment you can recommend for Raynaud’s phenomenon?

Painless hematom but it won't go away
