I was experiencing some finger colour changes when I exposed them to the cold. After seeing a doctor, I was diagnosed with Raynaud’s syndrome. I would like to know if the attacks of this syndrome can be prevented or not. If they can, do you know how? I would appreciate all your help.

Can anyone tell me reliably if there are any proven links between Raynaud’s phenomenon and Polymyositis? If I am right, I have noticed that these two tend to go together quite a bit and I would like to hear why that is the case and if this has been scientifically proven? Thanks for your time!
