Electrolyte count relevant for Raynaud

I have been experiencing some symptoms that point to Raynaud’s phenomenon, or so I think. When I went to my doctors' practice with this, they suggested I get blood work done for electrolyte count. Is this at all relevant to Raynaud’s phenomenon? Because it sounded strange to me.
