Feeding Tubes after stroke

Hi. My grandpa had a stroke. He can`t swallow his food safely and I am simply not sure what to do. His doctor has recommended feeding tubes. He said early tube feeding reduces deaths in stroke patients who have difficulties with swallowing. What about PEG?

Feeling dizzy all the time

For three weeks I had been feeling very dizzy all the time. My doctor sent me for a blood test to see if I was anemic but I am not. The dizziness is constant and the tiredness is gradual, so I wonder could this be stress from work? I thought that I may have triggered something.
