Pin removal after Hammertoe Surgery, is the pain really bad

i saw a YouTube video where a woman seemed to experience bad pain during her pin removal. I will have had my pin in second toe of right foot for over six weeks. I am not sure local anesthesia will be used at all. Is the pain really bad during the pin removal?

Lisfranc injury, how long will it take until i can fully go back to running every day

I just recently had a lisfranc surgery, the one with the hardware not the fusion, before my injury i had a very active lifestyle. Im in the Marines, i like to run and lift weights, i was wandering how long, if ever, will it take till i can fully go back to running everyday and doing legday.
