Pulsing of the arm, neither one of the breathing exercises helped me

Hi, I am a competitive shooter and when I am practicing and locked on my target my hand/arm is totally still. Contrasting to that, as I enter into competition mode, my hand throbs/pulses and don't care what kind of breathing exercise I use it will not stop. Any ideas? Bob
