cure for gout or ankle pain

i have been sufferung from gout for weeks it was in my right toe and now for several weeks my ankle is swollen i cant take ibprohen because i take cumatin ive been taking darvacet but i dont think it is helping the problem i also drink cheery juice any suggestions?

weak knees when getting out of shower

Non-dissolvable stitches versus dissolvable for toe surgery. Which is better and leaves less scarrin

I had hammer toe surgery a week and half ago on two toes. The incisions are approx. 1/2" long and my doctor used non dissolvable stitches. Why would some use these type of stitches instead of dissolvable? Does it depend on the surgery and which one leaves less scarring?
