pop in chest while doin dips..hurts

was doing dips yesterday and felt a pop and sharp pain that took my breath away..i believe i was leaned to far foward. it still hurts pretty bad, and wasnt sure if i should try and re pop it to make it stop hurting..thanks for the help

Protruding growth like bone between the butt cheeks

My daughter was born with a bone between her butt cheeks,that has now started affecting her very badly 3yrs now, she is now 17 it is causing her a lot of pain, wen she sits for a period of time.
