Taking long flights with cracked ribs???

Last evening I fell and am fairly sure I have cracked or fractured a rib - my question is, is it safe to take a long flight (from Amsterdam to Norfolk VA) in these circumstances? Please answer as soon as possible as I leave for the airport in less than 24 hours. Thanks

do wires in toe need removing after surgery

Have had bunion removed 4yrs ago, at hospital check ups only one person said the wiring which was used on toe had to be removed. Hi, I had bilateral claw release surgery on my third toes on both of my feet. The pins stay in for 6 weeks, and I've been wearing these ugly surgical boots. I had my surgery done, right before the holidays, and had to stay home for NYE which sucked! lol. I feel like I’m missing out on everything....
