I have pain inbetween and around both thumbs, which makes it hard to write, grip, or do pushups? It comes and goes and the flesh around my thumb tends to swell up. I am only 25 years old. I am curious to see if you might know any causes of this problem?

I have rolled my ankle many times

I've rolled my ankle at least 15 times,had 6 shots of cortisone in the ankle,worn a air cast,the foot and ankle plastic boot and taken inflammation drugs. It just keeps happening ,even walking on a flat surface i sometimes can roll it again. What else can I do?

Second toe pain after hammer toe surgery
