Pain in ball of big toe with movable mass under ball of toe,

There is a weird sensation in my big toe on the left foot. Underneath the ball of the toe there is what feels like a movable mass that hurts when you move it. It also causes the tip of my toe to become slightly numb. What might be causing this?

nerve pain in lower back when skin is moved across fascia?

has anyone ever had extreme low back pain and electrifying nerve pain when their skin is moved across the fascia or muscle tissue underneath the skin. please note my SKIN does NOT hurt, its whats underneath thats killing me.
