dangers of loose screw in metal plate for fractured clavicle

rib cage narrowed?

Hello, my partner gave me an extremely hard "bear hug" yesterday. Now my ribs are of course in pain, I'm convinced the ribs have moved inwards (the rib cage looks narrower). Is this all in my head and if not then would the rib cage return to its previous position?
