Does anybody know if you can get gout on the back of your heel near the achilles tendon? Wyo

lump on finger under skin

Any thoughts about a small lump on the finger, right underneath the skin? It can be moved back and forth a bit, though nothing major, and it doesn't hurt at all. I can't remember exactly when it appeared, but I am guessing a month or so ago. All your suggestions are welcome.
