I'm hurting bad

Oh my. I am 16 almost 17 and since I was about 13 I had to stop eating chicken because my throat felt weird and my spit got thick and it makes my ribs hurt /: help me.. Can anyone tell me what it could be ?!

have worn boots w/ heels for 20+yrs now feet hurt

I have worn cowboy boots w/ high heels for 20+ years. I now can't wear any other type of shoe because my feet and heels really hurt. The back of my legs also get very sore. I've never had high arches and now I seem to be getting sore feet w/ alot of heel and arch pain. Any suggestions?
