Pain under my right boob

Hi, i have a pain under my right boob. its not a sharp pain and it does not hurt more when i breathe.. the explanations on googlesearch scares me. what can it be? its like at the bone. im helping a friend. she doesnt want to go to the clinic. please help. thank you.

Hi,I have been o the pill for a month and a half now but I'm getting discharge leaking from my vagina that's a creamy white colour, it also has a strong odour. My nipples are very sore, I am getting lower stomach cramps and I am always hungry. Could I be pregnant ?
