I feel something hard in my breast

Hi , I'm 17 and I'm not that athletic and I weigh 50kg. I feel a big lump in both of my breasts , it is a bit uncomfortable, the lumps almost cover my entire breast. When I feel the lumps it hurts. I have no one to talk to about this. Should I be worried ?

Parts of my left breast areola are dry and itchy

Hi, I'm a 16 year old and I've been noticing something different on my boob's since I was about 14. I didn't worry I til now, when parts on the areola are a bit dry and itchy. The most itchy parts are on the left side boob. I wanna know who I should go to first to check this out.

Okay so I'm 16 and my left nipple is perfectly fine but I don't have a nipple on my left boob, it's like part of a nipple and then the rest are cut into tiny different bumps I wish I could just show what it's like but it's not inverted so idk what's happening please help!

Abscess in my breasts.   Any others. Doctor tells me it will never go away. So much pain at first. Now I'm just use to it as the skin is broken now.  What can I do. Going on about 7 years now.
