Hi , I'm 17 and I'm not that athletic and I weigh 50kg.

I feel a big lump in both of my breasts , it is a bit uncomfortable, the lumps almost cover my entire breast. When I feel the lumps it hurts. I have no one to talk to about this. Should I be worried ?
