red spots and white pimples under breast

Ive got a red spot under my right breast. It doesnt have any puss in it, and it is slightly raised, i can feel a bump to it when i run my finger over it. It doesnt look like a normal spot as it is over a bigger area. When i was examining it, i noticed quite a few white pimples underneath there too....

I am 15 years old, I'm positive im not pregnant and there are no signs of breast cancer. I am no where near my period, but my breasts are in constant pain! I have no idea why. They look normal and nothing is wrong except they are very sore! Any ideas?
