I need to go to breast surgery next week.I have some kind of tumor. I’m worried a lot, of course. I try to prepare myself to this operation as good as I can. I’m wondering how much sleep do I need before an operation? Should I need to sleep more then usually? Thanks!

What happens with swelling in breasts around PMS?

I am 27 years old and so far I did not have any health issues, at least nothing serious. The only thing that bothers me is my PMS. That period might be very annoying including general discomfort and swelling in breasts around that time. What actually happens there? Should I be worried or not?
