im 16 and my left boob is bigger than the other, could it be

ive had a minor lump in my left boob for a while now but my friends said not to worry cause it may be a stress ball, but now my left is noticeably bigger than my other and im starting to worry. what should i do? it hurts to lay on and it hurts when i touch it at all. its very sensitive too.

I am post menapause. For the lat week I've been feeling a sharp pain coming behind the nipple area. The nipple is not sore or painful. This pain is deep in the breast in the nipple area. Any body else?
