I am post menapause. For the lat week I've been feeling a sharp pain coming behind the nipple area. The nipple is not sore or painful. This pain is deep in the breast in the nipple area. Any body else?

I have the same problem for the first time today. It is quite painful. It's like a sharp shooting pain that comes and goes every 20 seconds or so, right behind the nipple. SCARY!.......I'm only 27 by the way
