My nipples hurt

I'm 16 and I took a pregnancy test about 10-20 days ago and it came out negative. I haver gotten my period but I already have an irregular period. My boobs are tender and feel fuller and my nipples erect so easily. My nipples are also very tender.. I don't know what to do.. Can you please help?

after long hard pressing and sucking of boobs for months suddenly one day sweet fluid came out from nipple after checking white color fluid type came out (water like color). has the milk secreted????or any other thing has secreted???what is that fluid???
