My nipples used to be extremely sensitive but now they barely get hard even when it's cold

My nipples used to be extremely sensitive. . My body could barely be touched and I would be turned on, it could be cold and my nipples would get hard I could barely rub across them and they would get hard. . But now they barely get hard even when it's cold. .
