Bumps and brown puss coming from nipples; am i sick?

My nipples have had weird bumps on them for a while. They are raised and are around the middle. I just noticed that they started to puss this weird brown stuff. I squeezed it and more and more came out. I'm really scared that I'm sick or something is wrong. Help!

Hello! From time to time I feel this burning sensation in breasts (both). Feels like tingling and burning sensation, but doesn’t hurt or anything. I am examining my breast regular and can’t seem to find anything. Does tingling mean anything?
