I found a lump in my breast two days ago. Both of my nipples are really sore! I had my tubes tied almost two years ago, so I know that i am not pregnant. Could it be an infected milk gland?

Ive got a red spot under my right breast. It doesnt have any puss in it, and it is slightly raised, i can feel a bump to it when i run my finger over it.
