Bumps and brown puss coming from nipples; am i sick?

My nipples have had weird bumps on them for a while. They are raised and are around the middle. I just noticed that they started to puss this weird brown stuff. I squeezed it and more and more came out. I'm really scared that I'm sick or something is wrong. Help!

My nipples are swollon ad dome like will they ever go away ?

My nipples are fat and dome like with something hard inside them. they used to be sore to touch but the pain has gradualy gone away. Iv been to the doctors and iv had this for about 2 years i think since i was 12 do u no wen they will go down or ever go away ?
