Hi-I have these pimple type things on my nipple. Two days ago I noticed that one of them looked inflamed and my nipple was sore where that pimple thing was. I recently had a baby and pumping milk for her hurts, because it puts pressure on the pimple thing. Also it is very tender. I am worried, is this normal or should I talk to a doctor??
