Bad smelling on nipple

I had a fibroid on my left breast last year . I was operated 3 weeks ago .also I have had smell on my nipples,that is terrible. I don't have discharge(like milky or yellow fluid or blood ),it's just smell .Is it normal and this prablim finish with washing or more consider? shoud I see a docter?

My breasts have grown much larger and now they are leaking, but im not pregnant?

My breasts have grown alot in the last few weeks and they havent grown at all in 4 years since i had my only child but now last night and this morning i noticed they are leaking whiteish looking fluid and i took a pregnancy test this morning and it said negative. Can anyone help?
