Question about lip color

Hello, i'm new to this forum and I just have a weird question. I'm a guy with reaaaallly red lips... Is there any way to tone down the color of my lips through surgery instead of make up? Also, I wanted to know what is the average amount of weeks for the healing after a rhinoplasty. Thanks.
