Protruding abdomen after tummy tuck

I'm 5 years Post tummy tuck and I look pregnant and feel tight. It only gets worse as the day lingers. I've seen thousands of posts with the same problem but not a SINGLE certified surgeon with an adequate response!

Lower face lift healing period? And what about the pain?

I am preparing to have a lower rhytidectomy and wanted some advice before taking the plunge. I am 49 years old with what I feel are pronounced jowls. I am concerned about the healing (i only get a little over 2 weeks off work) and looking natural, and the pain. Any thoughts?

Face lift lip problem, my bottom lip is swollen and I look silly when I eat
