I gained some weight after my tummy tuck and now my stomach looks disgusting

I had a tummy tuck 2 yrs. Ago this past Oct. I have gained 10lbs. The top of my stomach  is big and firm. It's discusting. Is this due to the wait gain. Or should I be concerned  about something  else. Going on?
