Why is a portion of my stomach puffy with fluids and hard after liposuction?

I have the same question.. Why is a portion of my stomach puffy with fluids and hard? I had a BBL with lipo to stomach... Is this normal.. Will it go away or will I have this disfigured tummy?

My nose is still the same and doctor is telling me it is only a swelling

i have the same problem I have paid about 7500$ my nose is still the same now I'm on 4 the week the doctor says its swelling as well but I can feel the bones I know he's just a liar couldn't do his job correct I'm so depressed and sad I would sue him if it's possible but no ;-(
