Whats wrong with me?

I have not had my period in two months. I took three pregnancy tests and all are negative. I get cramps here and there..but nothing. I have not taken any form of birth control or plan b. The past two days i have had sharp pains in what it feels like my abdomen, can anyone help?

At the age of 35, I got a Tubal Ligation. At the age of 37 I was in told I was in Perimenopause. Now almost to the end of my menopause at the age of 46, in about 6 to 7 months. I think, I might be Pregnant.  Is this possible ?
