Hi! I had protected sex (condom+withdrawal) 7 days before the 1st day of my ovulation. 4 days before the 1st day of O is my fertile window right? so intercourse happened 2 days before my fertile window. Please correct me If I'm wrong about the fertile window :)

I bled 14 days after my O..I'm worried, If it is Implantation Bleeding or my Period. It lasted 5 days and started out as regular flow for first 2 days (red) and light flow for last 3 days (more like brown and spotting). 3 weeks after I Bled, my nipples are a little sore (not sure If it's because I'm ovulating and It's 7-9 days before my period is due.  I sometimes have mild cramps and headaches when I'm a 3-5 days before my period I don't usually check my breast. )

Am I pregnant? I'm worried I'd get pregnant.. I'm just 19 and I have sincerely regretted my actions.
