pregnant after taking morning after pills

could i be pregnant i was on contraception for weeks and had my periods on the 15th July and then had unprotected sex but had morning after pills the following evining but i have not seen my periods and it's the 26th August but no periods only cramps, could i be pregnant or is it the cycle changing?

I honestly dont know what to do I started bleeding light pinkish blood for 20 minutes and the next day I got my period and ever since my period stopped ive been spotting. Im scared to knkw what it means I get nauseous every day I gag at the smell of food I get headaches every day my head gets hot...
