positive pregnancy test result, could it be wrong?

i'm had my period around 2nd week of october 2008... we had sex with my bf on october 18 2008..now i'm delayed so i took a pregnancy test twice and it resulted positive on both test..my question is is there still posibility the test result is wrong????please help me with this.. thanks
