Uncomfortable abdominal pain a week after sex

Since Thursday, the 7th, I've been having abdominal pain on and off. Thursday it was making me feel very dizzy and nauseous for a few hours. Since then it has just been an uncomfortable feeling in my lower stomach, sometimes causing pain... It's hard to explain. It usually gets worse at night....

Would a blood test detect pregnancy at 5 weeks since sex? It has been 5 weeks since me and my girlfriend messed around. She had her normal period 2 weeks ago and multiple negative first response pregnancy test after that last period with the latest this morning.
