3 weeks into pregnancy

I know 3 weeks into pregnancy, there isnt actually a baby..but tomorrow will be 4 weeks and that means IF  i was/am pregnant the organs and that will start forming in the babys body am i right? When will be the best time to take a test???Someone reply, need advice!!

27 days late.. negative test

I am currently 27 days late. My mirena was removed May 1, 2012 because I did develop a cyst on my overy. Got period May 20-22 and June 18-21.... And that's it!!! Took a couple test and were negative.
