About a week ago i had unprotected sex, 3 days later i had spotting for a day then had really heavy bleeding for 3 days, i stopped bleeding, now ive started again and having really bad cramping and back ache, what could this be im worried?

I used plan b twice within one week. Last on feb 5, I started what I thought was my period on the 9th and bled for about 4-5 days as a regular flow. I’ve taken three pregnancy tests since feb 21 and all three were negative but still no period this month.
