im 6months pregnant & havent seen a doctor..

I haven't took any prenatal pills or anything.. but I have been eating healthy. I feel my baby kick a lot. Mostly during night. I'm waiting for insurance to come back. Do you people think my baby will be okay?????? I feel perfectly fine. An babys kickin away.. I just hope my babys healthy.
