Hi please help. I am 42 and have missed a period. Didn't really notice anything exept extreme breast tenderness and bloating. Just out of curiosity I took a home pregnacy test and all 3 came back positive. Even had blood work that tested positive. Is this pre menopause or am I really pregnate?
