ive missed 3 periods and i have done 5 hpt, but they were all negative? am i pregnant?

i really need, help. i haven't had a period in over 3 months now, but all the tests that i have taken have say negative? should i go to my doctor? am i pregnant? is it something else? what shal i do? :/ any answers would be wonderful. thankyou x
