hey i've been on the pill for about three weeks, ive had sex quite reguarly since, i took the pill more than two hours late, and i've took it an hour late before aswell is there any chance of me being pregnant? i feel tired all of the time, sick, head aches and sometimes cramp?

I suspect that my sister is pregnant. She complained of brown spotting today. and she also has vaginal irritation. She denies being sexually active and I'm not sure that she is.. can vaginal irritation be a sign of an early pregnancy?
