My girlfriend had her pregnancy test since she's delay for 7days already. the test showed negative but still she hasn't had her period. could it be amenorrhea? %-)

Hi I'm 23 days late for my periods, have pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, sore breasts, low back pain, bloated but I took a digital pregnancy test today (first response) and it came back negative. Could I be pregnant? Should I take a regular (not digital) test?    Thanks alot!!
