very bad back pain and feel rather sick

Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 4th jan which was the 10th day of my 28 day cycle. I have suddenly got very bad back pain and feel rather sick (but feeling sick could be down to stress) as I dont know if im pregnant and still have 9 days till my next period.
