am i late because of the pills

i'm seventeen and my period should be coming on this week or next week. 4 days ago i had unprotected sex and i know he ejaculated in me so i took 4 birthcontrol pill that day and two the next. Would taking those pills make my period be late?

:D my peroid is 2 weeks and 2 days late, i took three home pregnancy test and they all said positive, so then i went to take another test through my bllod they said somethimg about my number was 384 and that they could not find anything, so what is this telling me
