Decongestants reduce swelling of the mucus membranes and relieve nasal congestion. Topical decongestants include ephedrine, oxymetazoline, phenylephrine, Pseudoephedrine, Tramazoline and Xylometazoline. Pill form decongestants include pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine. Am I addicted to Afrin?

I have problem with allergies and nasal congestion very often. That often means almost 5 days in a week. I have to use afrin all the time. I just can not breathe normal without afrin. Am I addicted to it? I read that it should be used for 5-7 days and not longer.
