Mucus discharge with blood, 5 months postpartum

It's only happened once so far but when I went pee, after I wiped there was mucus discharge with some blood in it. I just had a c-section 5 months ago and started working out this week. Could that be the cause of this, should I be concerned? Has anyone else had this happen or know someone who has?
