Can nipple withdrawal point to a breast cancer?

I have noticed that my left nipple has started to withdraw and it's all inverted now. Please tell me if this can be harmful in any way? I am all worried that this withdrawal of my nipple can be a sign of breast cancer now, but my friends say that I am crazy. Still, do I need to go and see a doctor?

Is thyroid cancer manifested as firm nodes in the neck?

I noticed some firm nodes in my neck this morning and feel all scared about them. Of course I will give them a few days to go away and I have no idea how long they have been there for, but please tell me if these nodes can be a sign of thyroid cancer? Is this how thyroid cancer is manifested?

Enlarged and reddish breast-could this be cancer?

My left breast is enlarged and reddish. When I touch it it also feels hotter than it normally does and it hurts a bit as well. Did I mention I can clearly feel a lump immediately under the breast skin? Please help me with some advice as soon as you can! Could this be cancer?
